Dont you just love those tire kickers? If your in real estate then you definitely know about these people. Do you ever get the feeling like you just want to delete your whole buyers list and start over?
I have a couple of times but then mentally I always slap some sence into myself.
I was on a forum and asked this question and one seasoned investor said he felt like this at one point and then one of his buyers called completely out of the blue and it ended up being a $10,000 deal for him. Gotta look at all your buyers with a “you never know” kinda look.”
What I’m finding out is you have to build a relationship with these people. Yes their actually real humans with emotions and feelings. They just have a lot of money to play with and usually have their own play mates. Not talking about Hugh Hefner ya’ll.
Ask yourself.
Would you spend 25k with Joe who you dont know when Sue has been selling you the same thing for about the same price?
That’s how I’m beginning to look at it.
The key to handling this is to just keep going. Eventually, the sun will shine though all those dark “tire kickers“
