This is something that the minute I heard it, knew that I had to put it on my page. Preston Ely; the writer of the first e-book I ever read about investing in real estate. It’s more than just a e-book about real estate. It’s a spiritual awakening along with great investing information. Just from reading “Flip Your Way To Financial Freedom“, I could tell that he was a down to earth very spiritual person. One of his main points is that “in order to receive, you have to give“. Many people may question it but I gave a decent amount to The United Way after realizing what I was doing. I thought that I was a giving person because I gave people I knew this or that but a true giver will give to whoever is less fortunate. Of course you do this with in your means but I was hoarding money in my bank account not worrying about anybody but me unless I knew you.

After reading this e-book, my eyes were opened to a lot of things that I should have already seen with the way I was brought up. People wonder how can I be so happy in my situation. Only thing I can tell you is because I’m trusting in God and believing in myself. I’m not worried about anything in this physical world as you shouldn’t either.
