Secret to real estate marketing on Craigslist… Shhhhh

As many may know, Craigslist is powerful when it comes to real estate investing. Being able to list your properties and have thousands of eyes see it per day is a marketers dream.

Well Craigslist can sometimes be a nightmare and with some of their rules and regolations, you wish you could give that Craig a piece of your mind.

The nightmare is over

You know how when you try to post more than one listing and if they have like 2 words in common, Craig sees it as spam and tells you there’s a similar ad like this? Well the easiest way around that is to simply use pictures as your links to whatever your trying to do.

I posted 3 of the exact same posts in 3 different cities and Craig kept his mouth shut. Not even a  email later saying I had been caught.

Truly works and if your a marketing genius or simply a marketing maniac in the making like myself, then you’ll know when you have the right picture.

Just know that you can use this for more than just marketing properties. You use this method with a nice picture to find interns, assistants and even Happy Endings…

Test it for your self

Ok I put the html code below that your just  going to just paste in the typing section on CL. Generally, I just use the image but what ever works for you. Just replace the highlighted links with your info and presto. So easy a cave man can do it.
