4 ways to market your property online
The old way of doing real estate is dead. Who killed it? Somebody or something by the name of Freedomsoft pretty much BEAT IT like it had a jerry curl with a rhinestone glove and a red zipper jacket.
Selling your properties online is probably one of the easiest ways to flip a property. Im going to give you 4 essential ways to market your property from pool side with a laptop, a cell phone and a glass of pink lemonade. If you dont like lemonade, then a glass of water. More people like water than Raymond I bet…
1. I think the number one place to market properties online is Craigslist. You can put up a free ad that will cross thousands of eyes depending on your area. Personally in Tampa where I live, there are to many wholesalers in the area that seem to think this is the only listing site on the web.
2. I’ve personally never used this way but I’ve heard of people using eBay to sell properties. There are also auction sites where you could list your properties for people to bid on your properties. Altisoursehomes.com is one of them that I know of.
3. Email lists are one of the most powerful tools of marketing. Personally, I’ve gotten better results with sending emails with pics and info embedded in them instead of emails with a link to my site.
4. Software like Freedomsoft Reloaded that, after adding a property to your database, will send a notification to sites like facebook, twitter, Craigslist +many more. This is great news to any one who is heavy on internet marketing in real estate investing.
**BONUS TIP**
Don’t know if you know but having a LISTINGS SITE is another great way to market your properties. Not talking about craigslist or backpage. I’m talking about having your own SELF HOSTED site through a company like Hostgator and direct traffic back to your site whether it be by business cards, flyers, phone convos or whatever.
