How To Efficiently Separate Your Business Life From Your Personal Life

What are you in real estate for? To get leads right? Well what if you got a ton of leads come in and you weren't ready? How could this happen?
Imagine having cash buyers calling from your bandit signs you put out, motivated sellers calling from your direct mail campaigns and other wholesalers calling because you have some of the hottest deals in town.
Now imagine all of this happening on your cell phone. (Silently screaming and pulling hair out)
Many people get into wholesaling and start out completely wrong. They have everything coming to one phone line because it may seem convenient but really, this can be quite confusing.
Many do this simply because they don't know that you can set up an organized communication system equivalent to that of a call center without paying a penny. Yes you can do all this FREE of charge
Here are some ways to split up your personal life from your business life:
- Google Voice, which you have to have a Gmail account to use, is the new way to setup a local number in your area. You can have this number routed to any number (cell, house, etc), ring on your computer or use it as a voicemail service. Your choice. Takes about 5-10 minutes to set up and you get 1 number per account.
- Skype is still very efficient as a way of communicating using the internet. You create a screen name and get to chatting. This is also free but only if your talking to someone with a Skype account also. You can pay a small fee and get a local number and use this to make calls from you computer. Also has video chat for you savvy people out there
- eVoice, which is the route I chose, is a toll free service. You get a toll free number which is A MUST if your doing mailers or anything in real estate for that matter. Its always good to have a toll free number. Best of all, they give you 6 months free trial. As I'm writing this, I'm in my 4th or 5th month and haven't paid a dime. I could show you other services but why? None of them give you 6 months free. Their only 1 to 3 months and they cost more per month for the same thing. I'm giving you the best.
Hopefully you can get your business organized and start separating your personal life from you business life. Its very important to be successful.... In any business
