What’s New With HouseFlippingMenace.com (This is *HUGE*)
As of lately, I’ve been putting more and more work into providing great contant for my new real estate investing blog, HouseFlippingMenace.com.
I wanted to separate my brand from just real estate. Dennis Knows is all me and not just real estate. I love to blog and in the near future, i will be taking up guitar lessons so that i can play some beautiful music on youtube for my adoring fans, friends and family to enjoy.
Some new things I’ve added are the ability to call me if with your questions about real estate investing. If you have a question, hit me up anytime and drop me a message. I’ll then answer you question via video and post it live on HouseFlippingMenace.com’s brand new FAQ section.
I realized that a lot of people are asking the same ol questions so why not answer them and put them in one central location.
There’s also a wealth of information about real estate investing. I actually had someone tell me recently that I should turn it into a membership site the way it is right now… Better get over there and sign up before I do.

I had one viewer ask me why would I tell someone this information and are the gurus just selling us this stuff because it doesn’t work anymore.
I give away as much as I can because i truly want people to experience this freedom. The reason I sell it is because I want to help people. If you got everything for free, you wouldn’t work as hard.
I experienced this first hand. Partner of mines thought he was helping by only charging $100 for 1 one 1 coaching. Well 99% of his students never closed a deal and it’s not because of his coaching. I was his first student so I know it wasn’t that because I watched him call every single person and try to get them to go hard.
The reason we dont give everything away for free is because when you pay for something, you will work harder to achieve because you have something invested into it.
It’s flipping homes on a much smaller level. If you have 20k tied up in a rehab project, you’re going to work very diligently to make sure that home is fixed up and ready to go asap right…

I actually have a lot to do. I have to help a friend get her website going and figure out new ways to make money online. I still do real estate. It’s just, the internet is so much easier.. LOL…
