Get 100% Open Rate Using This Direct Mail Marketing Tactic
While surfing the internet, I came across this video of a guy who came up with one of the coolest ways ever to get an open rate of 100% using direct mail marketing and on top of that, it won’t knock you over the head price wise.

PS. Of course the 100% open rate is based on if it makes it to the correct mail box. Every person that takes this out of their mailbox, IS going to OPEN it correct

@Dwight You send them to potential sellers.
People have gotten lazy over the years and tend to throw mail away or not open it. Send them something that’s already open and they have no choice but to read it once they take it out the mailbox
